What makes this different from other behavior systems?
The teacher has fewer responsibilities to track behavior because responsibility shifts to the students. The teacher is merely the observer and reporter. This system also combines individual and whole-class accountability in a way that most other behavior systems don’t or can’t.
Would this work for homeschool or remote classes?
Absolutely! You’ll want to adjust your tracker to reflect your day and expectations (module 2), but the system will still work for these situations! You can email [email protected] or look into asynchronous coaching if you want help getting started.
When will I start seeing results?
Many teachers notice immediate improvements once the system is in place: clearer expectations, fewer power struggles, and students beginning to self-correct within the first few days.
Keep in mind that lasting behavior change takes time, but with consistentcy, behavior becomes more stable and clear.
