Welcome to Next Day Teaching, where classroom calm begins.

Students sit in orderly rows, feet below their desks, hands folded, showing the order that comes with building and implementing a strong classroom management plan

I’m Tori, and I love helping teachers solve classroom management problems.

I’ve been where you are.

I’ve stood in front of my class, students talking over me, ignoring my directions, pushing back on everything.

I learned firsthand how exhausting and discouraging it can be when every strategy you try seems to fall flat.

Over my 16 years teaching K-8, I built routines and systems that turned my classroom into a calm, respectful place where students followed directions, stayed on task, and thrived.

My colleagues noticed. Administrators noticed. And my students, who often told me I was their most trusted and respected teacher, noticed too.

Now I help overwhelmed teachers like you learn the strategies I wish someone had handed me years ago: clear, actionable steps you can use tomorrow.

What I Believe

Good teaching starts with calm routines, respectful relationships, and practical systems. (Not perfection, not gimmicks, and definitely not shame.)

What I Do

I show teachers why students act out…and then give simple, actionable steps to calm disruptions fast. Theory + practice, all in one.

7th grade ELA is the best, closely followed by 4th grade anything. (But yes, I really do love them all.)
